With Tulsa’s spring semester starting soon, the Hurricane football coaches added one more signee from the transfer portal this week, inking Indiana tight end transfer Brody Foley and bringing the total number of transfer signees to 19. Expect TU to sign approximately 10 more in the summer after the May transfer portal window, as they still have several positions of need.
