I just wonder what Pooh does when Tubby retires. He should have been going after low level HC gigs since the late 2010's.

I think Pooh would be a better head coach than recruiter. He did a good job here with what he had to work with. He needs a Tennessee State head coaching job and hire two or three great recruiters.

I was mainly referring to recruiting. And running a whole program, which he would be better equipped to do at this point though. He would definitely need to find a hot recruiter or two. Wasn't really referring to his bench abilities.
