TU Recruiting Notebook: Another round of visitors, new offers go out, etc.

With signing day less than two weeks away, the next two weekends are very critical for Tulsa in filling the remaining spots in their 2016 recruiting class. The Hurricane will have a large group of official visitors hitting campus on Friday, January 22, and recruiting activity has remained steady this week.

@Chris Harmon Since Dae Williams committed to Louisville will coaches look for a RB with 4.3 speed who can play both WR and RB? Will they continue to look for a big RB?
