  Tulsa, Oklahoma - University of Tulsa Head Basketball Coach John Phillips appointed Steve Cooper, head basketball coach at Sand Springs (Okla.) High School, as an assistant basketball coach today.

Don't get me started at how far over his head Steve Cooper was at any facet of being an assistant coach or Director of Ops.

He tried to coordinate their summer camps...I ended up doing almost all of his work for him. He was completely clueless at how to organize anything. If you had experienced that in person you'd know how insane this was and how much of an immediate negative impact this had on the program.
