Actually that’s not true. American citizens are immune. Unless you harbor illegal immigrants then yeah you might have a problem with ICE.
You don't see the big picture. American citizens are not immune if we are subject to arbitrary searches based on fabricated justifications. That is where things are heading. You are carrying an underlying assumption of guilty until proven innocent. That’s the authoritarian way.
You had no (voacalized) problem with this when it was Cubans fleeing communism for the past 50 years.
