But they did not say whether he was legally represented in that quick decision by the New Mexico Supreme Court. As far as due process on the criminal case, no statements were made one way or the other that implied due process was going to be given or not.

Those judges are creating a constitutional crisis & are the biggest threat to democracy this country has ever seen. They are blocking President who won democratically in a landslide from enacting what he was elected with a mandate to do.
