The Oral Roberts Golden Eagles welcome the Tulsa Golden Hurricane to town for a college basketball tilt on Saturday.

The Oral Roberts Golden Eagles need to right the ship after an 84-63 defeat at Wichita State dropped the team to 4-10. Oral Roberts trailed by only three at the break before the Shockers closed the game out with a 48-30 run with 20 more shot attempts and a 16-7 edge at the line.

Emmanuel Nzekwesi led the Golden Eagle offense with 17 points and six rebounds on 7-10 marksmanship. Sam Kearns and Kaelen Malone gave Oral Roberts 12 points apiece on 9-23 shooting with Malone posting five pulls and seven helpers.

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane have racked up four consecutive wins after knocking off Dayton 72-67 on Sunday as a four point underdog. Tulsa burned the nets at 54.7% and allowed the Flyers to hit at 40.7% with 13 more looks to keep the game competitive.

Martins Igbanu topped a balanced Golden Hurricane offense with 17 points on 6-10 accuracy and 5-6 at the line while DeQuan Jeffries added 16 points, six rebounds and two steals on 7-11 from the floor. Tulsa received ten points and seven rebounds from Jeriah Horne followed by Sterling Taplin and Curran Scott with a combined 17 points.
