I went to the TCU v SMU game tonight and all I can say is wow, SMU's QB is for real. The kid can throw and scramble. SMU'd line gave him a lot of time and given that time he was able to make magic happen. TCU is lucky there wasn't another quarter or they would have lost. I will be at the game on Halloween and I have no doubt that we will score some points but our defense needs to step it up.
One more observation, I have been to both TCU game this year and unless TCU is snapping the ball it is never quiet. If the band isn't playing they are playing incredible loud music and it makes for an AWESOME environment. My wife went tonight and she usually likes things to be a little more quiet but she thought it was impressive. Having been to TU games for a long time I can say that we are way to quiet. Time to step up and make some noise.
