Both are all over the field.

Tackling stats would be better spread out to all 11 players to be a
top 25 defense. The excitement of Monty Ball will get the horses in the stables.

These numbers remind me of the Graham era

Sad to see Keevan Lucas' numbers so far down because he is the decoy. Wonder if this is going to be the case for most of the season. We all know he is better than the 11th receiver in the nation.

I don't think you have to be statistically #1 to be the best receiver. We now have 3 home run threats, with the emergence of Adkinson. Our receiving core looks pretty darn good!

I DON'T NEED NO STINKING HEALING!

Need more fun, fast, physical football! More, more, more!

TU had 3 of the 4 best receivers on the field against OU. I'll bet Stoops wishes he had Garrett, Lucas and Atkinson to go along with Shepherd!

I know the game has changed substantially in the past decade but that's a big feat, especially after the last two seasons.

Ya, is much rather see our back 7 leading the nation in pass break ups and interceptions than tackles.

I think teams will not be able to overplay Lucas as often, with Garrett & Atkinson making so many catches. It's so nice to have 3 top notch receivers at one time.

I've considered Atkinson our best 3rd down possession receiver for the last year & a half. He has been the guy I've trusted to always make the catch. Now, he has shown speed to make the big play, as well.

I'm so glad we have a coach, an offensive system & a QB, to take advantage of our great WR corps!

Evans has greatly improved under the coaching of Hurricane Monty. He is quickly becoming the QB that everyone hoped he would be! The OL has also shown great improvement from game 1 to game 3. It is nice to see all the coaching that is going on this year.

I always thought Floyd has been a really solid 3rd down possession receiver. He made a catch on a ball the other day that was really really good, Dane just led him to the sideline a little too much. Dane also overthrew Connor who was wide open on the post route. The combo of those 4 WRs plus Langer on the swing passes out of the backfield will keep defenses honest and they will not be able to key on the run to take away the pass nor will they be able to key on the pass to stop the run. OU played nickel most of the day and could not stop either the pass or run consistently.

Atkinson and Key had big games the other day but that was because the nickel back and a safety were bracketing him almost every down. Both of his TD catches beat double coverage...on the 2nd one he almost broke the DBs ankles with the double move he made. I have a feeling that will be there every play if TU wanted it.
