i thought congress ( ie biden, pelosi, schumer, harris, hrc . . . ) wrote the tax laws, not the president

In 2017 Congress was completely controlled by Republicans who were dead set on pleasing Trump and his wealthy campaign funders.
I sure wish that the 'ignore' feature worked consistently so I would be spared reading silly, uniformed posts like this.

I've never ignored anybody, but I have seen couple of ignored posts recently, completely arbitrary, and not done by me. Irritating.

pelosi sponsored a bill when she became speaker that boosted MW and and unions.
but her companies were exempt.
