Why just Catholic schools? Couldn't the law have also supported Islamic madrassas? The founding fathers had direct experience with the problems raised by mixing church and state and separated the two.

I just wish MBS and the Taliban would come here and try to fund a madrasa and give him campaign contributions. That would be awesome. What is the functional difference? There is none.
