Thanks for the kind words. I do appreciate it. I took a lot of crap at the time. But it was easy to eat that sandwich because I knew what was coming.

Yes, a lot of the minor management adjustments are paying off. And we are making data informed decisions. And we have cash flow we couldn’t have dreamed of ten years ago. These are all part of arranging bricks on to bed rock to start building.

And that cross roads is approaching. Quickly. TU is two or three years away from an existential question. Can we locate, and do we wish to pursue, originating new donors to make large capital expenditures.

We’ve made most of our gains through good fundamentals and existing donors. That won’t be enough for growth long term.
