Another example of his unwillingness to adapt.... Clearly Hugh Freeze has terminology that is used within his team structure; he's the boss after all.... What does Monty do? He comes in and immediately installs the offense utilizing his terminology with no regard or consideration for the man he's working for. Well, the sh!t show was clearly on from the start and the $3 million buyout is far more than is deserved.
