Title is a little misleading. The law would allow Missouri to arrest and take into custody an individual who is in this country illegally until ICE picks up said person for deportation. I suppose if the Feds stopped deporting illegals who have been arrested then those individuals could be imprisoned indefinitely in Missouri. Will never happen due to the cost to the state but it does makes a good headline. Still a stupid proposal though
