I just finished watching Memphis at UConn. One of the best games I've seen all year. Both teams looked terrific. UConn won by 3 with Memphis having a chance to tie at the buzzer.
Nip and tuck game with both teams shooting extremely well, especially from 3-pt range and the ft line. As much as I dislike Shaq Goodwin, he was unstoppable until he fouled out with 1:10 remaining. He got great position, had great footwork and scored or got fouled. And he was 11-12 from the ft line. If we had him we'd be pretty darn good.
If both teams play like they did tonight we'll not get a win against them. Great, great game to watch, if you could put up with the announcers cheering for Memphis. I wanted to throw a shoe at the TV. I would have if Memphis had won.
