Luke Skipper is "no longer playing football"

Last night, Skipper announced on Instagram that he is no longer playing football. I've been told he is going to pursue an MMA fighting career, possibly in New Zealand. That seems really crazy, and I haven't tried to confirm it...but that's the info I was given.
