6-foot-1, 220 pound running back Dae Williams recently reopened his recruiting process and appears to be a high-priority target for Tulsa. In fact, the former SMU commit seems to be the only running back receiving serious attention from the Golden Hurricane at the moment. Read what Williams had to say about Tulsa...

BIG 'OL BOY. Pretty athletic for his size. And most of the S on the film wanted nothing to do with trying to tackle him head on. If he played at Union or Jenks he'd have P5 schools all over the place drooling over him.

Chris, do you happen to know what his 40 time was?

Good to see the interest from places like Army, Navy, Harvard and Yale. Means the kid's academics are good enough he would have a chance of being admitted in there, means he should have no issues getting in at TU. He said some key things in the interview that tells me TU has a legit shot to land him. The family, football tradition, coaching staff and academic program are all things that are typically universally acclaimed as reasons why a certain recruit picks TU over others.

Maybe another banger (like Langer)? I like it!
Seems to be much faster and a bit more athletic than Langer. Langer's strengths IMO were his strength, vision, and patience. If DW has Langer's vision and patience, he is going to be a special back.
