Taking the recruiting aspect out of the equation, having a short travel game is never bad imo.

Can't hit a 3. We hit one or two and we're right in this. Guards have lost this game so far, turnovers and missed shots. No complaints about our inside game.

Too many turnovers. You can't give them 16 more shots and 21 points and expect to win. We did show some fight and got within 2 at one point but the hole was too deep in the road.

Not going to beat anyone turning the ball over like that. Pretty damn lucky to only lose by 10 pts considering. Typical growing pains for young team. I am suprised Haith did not sub in Korita or Taplin during the final 5 miutes to get better shooters on the floor.

These days losing at UALR with NASA analog broadcast will always be better for the RPI than beating ORU with Big Al in HD.

Definitely a tough game for an inexperienced team. Taking away 1/2 the turnovers and TU wins this game. UALR didn't beat TU, TU beat TU.

Most mid-majors get up for TU, just as TU gets up for OU and OSU. We complan when OU and OSU don't play TU. I would rather play see TU play UALR than ORU. This team will grow more from playing a good sunbelt program vs a medicore summit program.

Yes we win that game with 10 turnovers. They got 15 more shots off than we did. Magnay looked great and Wheeler early looked great. No one else. No good ball movement like we had in last two games. Post defense outside of Magnay is terrible. Still seems not to scout three point shooters, or if scouted, we don't relay that well to players, or are we substituting every 30 seconds so there is no continuity? Feel sorry for Edogi on defense. I see why we are still recruiting guards.

The probem with that team was that it didn't matter who the brought in cuz they had 7 or 8 players on the roster that shot 42% or better from 3pt range. Whoever the sub was he was likely pretty good from afar.

UALR's road fold at ORU is Exhibit A why this series should end. ORU is clearly playing better, but UALR should have been able to hit 1 3 point shot in the Mabee Center.
