I realize expenses go up--we now pay our athletes--coaches get more, etc. BUTTT isn't our revenue increase from the AAC over C-USA supposed to more than offset much of this? Thought we were in the $40 million dollar athletic budget range now. Maybe one of you has a lot more knowledge and can fill in the numbers and what the problem is. Obviously golf drains revenue, but 500K seems like a doable thing. Surely the administration checked out all sources before coming to their conclusion. I do realize the oil related industries in Tulsa are all suffering and that people are losing their jobs, but the increase in conference revenue should offset that also.
