It’s people using corruption and a flawed election algorithm from 250 years ago to justify inciting insurrection and not being as much as slapped on the wrist for it that makes the talk about the constitution’s flaws not only necessary but proper. People on the right love to worship the constitution and completely ignore its flaws. If Madison had seen what was happening in the Senate today he would have flipped.

Senators treating the process like it’s high school algebra class, doodling, passing notes, skipping class, etc... whilst conspiring with their party leaders to protect a corrupt ex-president.
