WSJ: The US Navy is falling far behind China and its own goals for building ships. One of the major hurdles is not enough skilled workers. Current immigration policies will only make it worse. Many ship construction sub contractors have been using undocumented immigrants who are now leaving.

The Trump administration conceded in a court filing Monday that it mistakenly deported a Maryland father to El Salvador “because of an administrative error” and argued it could not return him because he’s now in Salvadoran custody.
