Would TU even think about bringing this case to court and put the NCAA on the spot about it's own inconsistencies when it comes to the waiver process? I think TU definitely has a case considering 2 other former Arkansas players were given waivers in this cycle.
And if our AD and the people who wrote/filed the waiver request screwed up, then they need to go.
