Goodbye and good luck

This was my last season of TU basketball. Too bad it turned out like it did, but I still stuck around until the end.
I have been on Hospice care since the beginning of the year with Emphysema. It is highly unlikely that I will be around for another season.
With Frank now gone, I hope for you guys that the program will be on it's way back up.
I have met a lot of friends here going back to the Tulsa Sports Web board. Including meeting some of you in person at Catbird's tailgate parties. I have really enjoyed discussing TU sports with you all and I thank you for that.
For now I am just going to try and stick around for as much of baseball season as I can. Thank God that got settled.
Anyway, love you guys. Thanks for the memories and Go TU forever.

Man this not good news!!!!! I will keep you in my thoughts. I hope to see you post again. If I don’t then I hope you find the peace you need before the time comes. Good luck to you, Godspeed and as always GO TU!

We may have met at Catbirds.
I always enjoyed meeting Message Board people at Catbirds or other tailgate events.
I also enjoy baseball.
Baseball games will start soon, enjoy following your favorite team.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hate hearing this, but don’t ever give up ! We have developed so much in the medicine game that there is always hope.
Regardless, I say we nominate every TU victory to you next season !

I miss the saturdays at CB's.

It was always good to see the gang.

Never stop fighting, BG.

But, when the time comes, i am sure CB has saved us all a parking place and a spot in his backyard so we can all meet up before the next game.

If i dont see you before, i will look you up there. Save me a beer.

Very sorry to see this. I don't know how I missed it before now. Your contributions to our group here have always been appreciated, and you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm doing alright. Better than I thought I would be almost 4 months into hospice care. The biggest change of late is I don't drive anymore. I have people to help me run errands though.
It's not like I'm in pain, I am just weak. My life is mostly lived between the bed and the sofa, with occasional trips to the bathroom and the kitchen. I try to keep my mind occupied so I don't just sit here and think about my fate. ESPN+ has the NHL so I have been getting into Blues hockey. They are pretty good. They score a lot of goals so that makes it exciting. My nurse is here. got to go.

God Bless You Ba11game!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Just hang in there and keep backing the Blues. You have a lot of TU fans pulling for you.
