Well we need to beat them down Thursday
Yes we do. This game isn't going to be close. We will either come out intense and focused and fired up and win by 15+

OR

We see the TU teams that forget to show up the 1st day of the AAC tournament and get waxed.

Cal Baptist was a great schedule. More 150-200 teams for our buy games please.

They will be in the CBI or the CTI this year according to an announcement from the school.

On ESPN they were saying that the PAC 12 is a 1 bid league...

They'll get 2. Washington is a lock. My guess is 1-win in the Pac-12 tournament gets Arizona State, not necessarily on merit, but on Hurley's reputation. They could sneak a 3rd bid in IF Utah makes the championship game. That loss in December in a game we played like crap in, is just another one of the 3-4 missed opportunities this season where nabbing 2 of them and we're likely at least a bubble team heading into the AAC tournament.

BREAKING NEWS

ST MARYS BEAT GONZAGA BY 13.

WCC gets two bids in the dance

not sure about that; many had St. M in as an at large already; but can't help Temple.

Games like tonights TCU (bubble) vs. OSU are the games that can hurt Temple.

The fact that Andy Katz has teams like Indiana, OU, and TCU in is dreadful. Temple would wax the floor with all of those teams. And I think the NCAA should conveniently overlook Louisville as it is clear they should be banned from the NCAA tournament for no fewer than 3 years for the major violations upon major violations they've racked up over the last 4-5 years.

What the St. Mary's win does is hurt teams like Belmont and Hofstra. Both are really good teams who ran into extremely hot players in their league championship games. They are easily deserving of an at-large bid. Interestingly enough, I always thought Dickie V was a champion of the power conferences but last night he said give x number of at-large bids to power conferences and reserve the last 8 for mid-majors like Belmont, St. Mary's (at the time assuming Gonzaga was going to kill them), etc. IMO, the Big East and A-10 are both way down this year and prob only warrant 5 bids between them whereas in years past they've been taking 8 or more. Also, the Pac 12 will get 2 but they are only deserving of 1 (Washington). Head to head the AAC is a much better conference than Pac 12 and in the top 10 teams of each conference, I think the AAC team for team is better right now.

The NET suggests Houston should be a #1 seed although most brackets have them as a #3. The committee will use the NET for somethings in order to get more power conference teams in and then ignore it for others like the #1 seed lines which they will reserve for Duke, UNC, Kentucky, and someone else not named Houston.

I don't think we need to worry about the Coogs getting screwed out of being on the top line......................................................................................after we kick their ass in the finals such discussions will be moot.

We are 1.5 point dogs against SMU btw.

USF showing some moxie right now. They've cut 6 pts off the lead in the last minute and are within 10 with 2 minutes left.

Check that, down to 7 now. They're doing the same thing to UCONN that they did to us when they came to Tulsa in January.

UCONN holds on. USF was down 6 and created a turnover on the inbound and the USF player got a little excited and forgot to dribble after he turned up court. We better get some size otherwise we'll be looking up at USF for the next few years. Dir and Yetna are freaking monsters

That is great. i am now officially a Tulane Fan. Go Green Wave. Well for the next 2 hours.

Was our game at SMU the worst showing of the year?

I was at the game we played horribly no answers for SMU.

Hope its different tonight.

GO TU!!!

KState up 7 right now. Watching them play, I have no idea how we beat them. They are so good defensively.

Memphis up 16 right now but Tulane has shown a little fight in them. refs are doing their part too. Missed an obvious goaltending call on Memphis which would have gotten Tulane to about 10 back with 5 minutes left.

Memphis played well out of the gate but the 2nd half has been a lot of street ball on their part allowing Tulane to hang around.

EDIT: DEAR GOD! A TULANE PLAYER JUST GOT ACCOSTED AND THE MEMPHIS PLAYER SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH ASSAULT BUT THE REFS DIDN'T CALL A FOUL.

There’s more than one way to win games—K-State does it defensively.
