Like I said on free board, this needs to be a lesson to someone who makes decisions. We have some great players, but we pissed away the moment with absolutely horrible offensive playcalling and decisions. Smith is probably much better than we give him credit for, but this offense is so stupid that it doesn’t matter.
Maybe we have Gillespie again by some miracle, but you can’t win Important games with what we are doing. This would have meant a lot to the program. Instead, we piss it away with incompetence. I feel like I did in year four of Blankenship.
