Little Mick looks like he's about to cry. I hope this eliminates Cincy but probably not.
He will say UCONN won strictly on luck And Bristol Mojo.I wonder if Capt. Sportsmanship deploys rockets and lazers in a fourth overtime. Let's find out!
Yes, more silver lining. Temple, TU, UConn, Cin arw all deserving, but some crap 27 win mid-mmajor or 13 loss major will get more love.Well, we now have 4 top 50 wins.
Enjoy Cronin's agony, pull for Temple, and hope TU takes care of business.Yes muxed feelings. Happy to see Cronin lose but Uconn loss was probably better for us. Not really sure though.
I thought the path to an autobid for TU was better with Cincy winning. Now, I think Cincy is still in, UConn is in PERHAPS if UConn beats Temple, and Temple is in PERHAPS if Temple beats UConn. I just would be shocked with the number of bubble teams that the AAC will get 4 teams in. It's easy to leave TU out if TU beats Memphis and Houston but loses to Temple/UConn. Temple has a 60 RPI and everyone forgets that Temple only played SMU once at home. Temple might be the odd team out if the final is UConn/TU.
Of course, all of this is moot unless TU wins tonight. I have no idea why the line jumped from 3 to 5 this PM. That is very unusual. Is there a suspension or injury for Memphis we don't yet know about but the betting community does?
Bingo. That is exactly the way we need to be thinking. Same as in 2001 when the WAC tourney was served up on a platter to us after SMU knocked off Fresno.Unfortunately, TU probably would have had to win the tourney anyway to get in. Fortunately, Cincy is gone. I didn't want to see them.
The draw is good now. Although every game is losable, I would favor Tulsa in every possible matchup left. Have to take care of business. No excuses now. No reason not to win the tourney.
I want Tulane to beat Houston so all 3 TUs are in the semi-finals
Up 3 with 1.7....How does Tulane fire Conroy right now? And which reporter asks about it tonight?
If we win tonight we now might have to win the championship to get in. Tulane is 200+ IIRC
