I have said for two years our DC and Sp Teams Coordinator needed to be removed. We have players that are not being put in the best position. The Offense is entirely predicated by the O-line issues.

Agreed. The DC and STC are truly awful.

Only a few players will have better options for playing time or money. The question will be do they just want to leave or buy in to a new Coach and system.

We have some talented young player that need to be put into better position for success with schemes and alignment. We need a few key additions as well on the O-line, LBs (because of graduation) and a dual threat QB if Carpenter leaves. We have good young talent at RB, WR, DB. There is also some young talent on O-line but they need experience and we need more numbers. D-line has talent but needs more depth.

At this point … it’s not JUST the coaches ….. we have a couple of decent players , but that won’t cut it , we need to dive deep into the portal… especially at the offensive line… a massive exodus won’t be a bad thing … we have MAJOR problems

Also if we go for wholesale roster changes there is no guarantee they will be successful. There are reasons players transfer that aren’t always that good to build a program.

The inexperience in about a 1/3 of the secondary and the rest suck. Most, but not all of the linebacker talent is leaving. Decent backups at linebacker that isn't graduating. DL is good, just need to replace seniors and bulk it up a little bit. You don't even recognize talent.

The starting QB for FAU today is their 3rd string QB. I’m not sure if they have any other options to put in for him.
