Tulsa just picked up a commitment from Abilene Cooper LB Justin Wright. Had been committed to Texas State (and de-committed on Dec. 15). He told me he will sign tomorrow. He's wanting to keep it quiet until he signs, which is why I haven't tweeted anything.
