Hate seeing UAB throw in the towel. Hopefully not the start of a trend. Never got to play em but always enjoyed watching them the last 10 years. Know it's a complicated issue with ever escalating costs, but still think it's an absolute shame.

Fmr, there are a lot of different articles out there and this seems to be more of a power play to throw more resources at Tuscaloosa campus. Chair of the BOT for the BAMA system is none other than Bear Bryant's son.
