TRANSFER PORTAL (Full list in our Transfer Portal Tracker)

Tulsa coaches continue to scour the transfer portal. Here are the guys I've talked to recently that confirmed recent contact with Tulsa...

Belmont Abbey wing Chandler Baker - Averaged 13.3 points per game as a true freshman. He was Freshman of the Year, and named Second Team All-Conference in the Conference Carolinas.

Buffalo forward Josh Mballa - grad transfer. Averaged 13 points and 8.6 rebounds as a senior last season. Played 3 seasons at Buffalo after transferring from Texas Tech.

South Alabama forward Alex Anderson - averaged 6.2 PPG and 3.3 RPG as a true freshman this season.

Troy forward Efe Odigie - grad transfer. The 6’9” senior averaged 11.5 points, and 6.7 rebounds per game for Troy. Previously played 3 seasons at UTEP.

Chicago State guard Brandon Betson - The 6’1” junior averaged 14.2 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game while shooting 37% from 3. Earned All-WAC 2nd team honors this season. Should have 2 years left.

Virginia Tech forward David N'Guessan - 6-foot-9 forward with 3 years to play. Averaged 3.7 points and 2.7 rebounds in 13.4 minutes per game.

Of the guys listed above, Baker, Anderson and Betson all told me they are interested in Tulsa. Betson told me he will visit Tulsa tomorrow (Wednesday, May 4). Anderson would like to visit, but nothing is scheduled yet.
