I saw that Texas Tech is working on a 200 million facilities upgrade. Would it be wise to take 50 million or so of that and create an endowment for NIL money? The steady flow of cash for player benefits would help lure proven lower level players from the portal and aspiring high schoolers. A nice place for fans and boosters might be a good idea, but lots of dough for the players might help create a better on the field product. Ahhh, the future of college football.
