Im sorry, Im not sold on him, but we need a super sub and you tell me if you think anyone is scoring more goals per minutes played than Gomez in Mexico right now. If he gets any hotter, his self proclaimed "Mexifro" will burst into flames.
Granted, he isnt the Number 9 that Klinsmann wants -- he's probably a poacher and not Landon Donovan's favorite poacher at that -- clearly that title is given to Edson Buddle. Terrance Boyd will be that Number 9, but until then, score some goals whydontcha instead of waiting around for Dempsey to finally show the effort it takes to be a hero.
