The Golden Hurricane signed 16 prospects in the early football signing period, and a whopping six of those are mid-term enrollees. Five junior college transfers and one early high school graduate will start at TU in January, along with D-1 transfer Zach Smith, a quarterback that played for Baylor the past two seasons. These seven players will get a head start on their football careers at Tulsa, as they will participate in winter conditioning and spring practice.
