When Brandon Swannegan and Sterling Taplin are the two stars of the game, that could either be good or bad for Tulsa. In this case, it was a little of both. Swannegan and Taplin scored 19 and 12 points, respectively, to lead Tulsa to an ugly 62-48 victory over hapless Tulane on Saturday in front of 4,926 fans at the Reynolds Center.
