On the final Saturday before National Signing Day, Tulsa added four commitments to its 2015 class, including three from this weekend's list of official visitors.

I know he is a today commitment but Minter is a steal. He is just for whatever reason one of the many overlooked kids in Texas each year. He is at least 6-3 230 4.65 type kid. He played TE and short yardage TB. He passes the eyeball test easily.
