Tulsa offered another 2021 in-state 4-star prospect over the weekend, and a few others impressed in AAU action.

You go where the talent is. PWP is the dominant team in the area right now. Should we get worried if we establish a pipeline to BTW?

As a coach it also helps if you know what kind of player you are going to get. Programs tend to instill particular values in their players whether they are a school or competitive team.They are often reflections of a coach or a philosophy the team has built success on. My guess is the staff is very comfortable with the skill sets, attitude, and coaching style they see at PWP. Makes it easier to offer a kid. I am sure the same is true with BTW where they have had a successful program for 50 years.

Not all of the Oklahoma HS players we have offered play for PWP. Phipps and Thompson play for PWP 17U. Matthew Stone plays for PWP 16U.

However, Jaxson Robinson, Bijan Cortes and Trey Alexander all play for Team Griffin 16U.
