Just as it did in the 2018 class, Tulsa Basketball has targeted numerous top prospects early in the recruiting cycles for the classes of 2019 and 2020. TU extended early offers to more than 10 players in the 2019 Rivals150 and already has offers out to four recruits in the 2020 Rivals75.
