I know this is a long shot, but I’m looking for an attorney who can advise me on citizen grand jury procedures here in OK. Yes, I’m aware that they do not enjoy a good reputation for the most part, due to crackpots and conspiracy theorists.

But we have a very strong, very serious case and I’m looking for guidance.

Man, I don’t know if many private practice
attorneys know much about that. They just don’t happen very often. You have to gather signatures and go through a bunch of rigamarole. That’s not a helpful answer. Years ago, I had a client who wanted one seated because of a fairly garden variety ad valorem tax dispute. I looked at what it would take and determined the whole thing is nuts.

I can look around, but it’s one of those things I can’t get to right away.

Yes, I’m figuring that out. I’ve done a fair bit of research on this. This is serious, and could end up being a big deal.

Do you know James Wirth? Looks like someone in his group has done this before.

Sorry, I forgot about this. I know James. Send me a PM if you still need help.
