I signed out and in again and now it works!
Here's another question for Chris: What's the deal with Chris Kaiser? The former TU player & driving force in the local FCA chapter. It was said during the FCA's annual watermelon feed for TU players that he wasn't there & implied a death in the family or illness. A really good guy & hard-core TU. Hope it's nothing serious.
Kaiser has been in ICU. I'm not exactly sure of the main issue, but he posted some video updates last week from his hospital bed.
From Facebook feed on Sunday evening:
"Chris Kaiser is out of surgery. Tubes out and back in ICU. Blood Filters placed. Good news was there was no pocket of infection as MRI suggested. It was all f...luid from swelling which they were able to drain. No wound vac dressing put on at this time. There is large amounts of swelling and fluids to address before they will do that. Compression of leg will be primary goal right now. Chris is very groggy."
From Facebook on Monday:
"Update on Chris Kaiser: he has been moved out of ICU. Praise God. He has been very ill because his body is trying to find a way to get rid of all of the blood that leaked which has raised his blood pressure. He is stable but needs rest tonight and tomorrow.
Several people have asked how they can help. If you would like to help we are setting up meals for the family (3 growing boys). You can also do gift cards (WalMart, food, or QT) if that's easier. You can message me if you would like to help. Chris and Betsy Kaiser are overwhelmed by the love and support that everyone has shown them."
