Bad coaching, bad officiating or bad luck. What ever it is, it is time to turn this ship around....pardon the bad metaphor.

This Navy team is fun to watch. More passing this year.

Thank you for your service, Midshipmen!

Navy's never lost in Tulsa - 20
If it wasn't for Nick Graham, Tulsa would have never beaten Navy - 16

Weird post.
I believe he's referring to the blocked PAT in OT at Navy some years ago. If not he's referring to Navy has never lost in Tulsa.

BTW, I agree with you. Our defense is a bad matchup for Navy and their offensive scheme, specifically the quality of our DL and speed on the edges.

I knew what he was referring to, just weird timing. Each year is different especially college athletics. We SHOULD win and put pressure on their offense, just need to execute.

SMU hangover is my biggest concern
Navy can control the clock even though TU is a bad matchup
Navy 27 TU 24 in OT
hopefully TU rights the "ship". At this point, I need to see it to believe it.

Hoping our guys tune out Monty and stick it to him with a victory.

These guys are sailors...

We meet them on the docks at the port of Catoosa, take them to the Osage Casino, get them drunk, get them laid and bingo.. they are too hung over to play ball..

Tulsa 63
Seal Team 6

Seal team 6 could handle the #1 most wanted- Osama Bin Laden, but not #'s 90, 42, 23, 15, etc. We might block another extra point try & win: 30-29

Ooooooooooooooh, I can't let this pass. The fact that USN pilots are trained one year more than Airedale pilots apparently means nothing. Question: How many AF pilots want to land on the deck of an aircraft carrier.....at night? Answer: The same amount of TD passes thrown Sat. by the Middies-none, zip, zilch, bupkus. BTW: thanks for your service to our country TUP. TU Football: 1st,last,always!

The University of Tulsa has a history of futility against the Naval Academy. The University of Tulsa plays the Naval Academy in football tomorrow night. Timing seems spot on.

No crosswind, no flare, full after burner, and four wires... Plus they're getting a PAR. Not saying it isn't dangerous (or fun), but just remember, when they do land they're stuck on a boat in the middle of nowhere with 5000 other dudes... And thanks!

Man, would I like to see the Blue Angels vs the T'Birds in an airshow. Sort of a creme de la creme of the planet's best. I'd bet Vegas would have the Blue Angels at ( -1). BTW, you're wrong about the current state of women aboard ships. They're assigned to both the ship's company & flight crews & have been for years. A politically correct, if not mildly insane idea that I guess is working, even on "gasp" subs. My 17 months on a carrier(1967-68) was a bit different-no women & never had been.

Navy will lose it's 15th straight road game tomorrow. Hard to believe they've lost 14 in a row btw.

Care to explain that in layman's terms?

Doesn't say much about the US Navy that they don't travel well.

I ain't gonna poor-mouth Homer & Jethro or Gidney & Cloyd......whoever. The tune is kind of cute.

No crosswind because their "runway" is always into the wind since it's a boat, no flare (the part where the plane arrests it's descent before actually touching down) because they have to hit the deck in order to dissipate energy and catch those four wires (they have tail hooks that will catch a wire in order to stop), full after burner is full power landing (most aircraft require lots of power finesse when on short final to maintain proper airspeed) in case they miss the wire and have to go around. A PAR is precision approach radar, so there's a controller telling them over the radio "on glidepath, on course" about every two seconds guiding them to the carrier.

Santa Claus does more with less. I get what you're saying now.

We move the ball well on offense and refuse to try any field goals. This leads to a couple extra TDs.
