I’m going to assume all it will take for the NCAA to re-evaluate their decision to play the tourneys is a few players testing positive for the virus.

Assuming the purpose of having no fans is to prevent a mass contagion event, what would be the purpose of cancelling the games? It's not like these guys are just going to stop playing basketball with each other / other people just because their games are cancelled.
