Not an off the court type. He got himself in trouble off the court.
On the court yes.
He repeatedly threw punches at a man outside a bar after hours until he eventually struck him once so hard it blinded him in one eye. When confronted by police with contradictory evidence, he admitted he had lied to them about the incident and invoked the fifth. It’s a little more serious than a punch. He announced he was leaving the school when this happened last fall. But he waited to announce entry into the portal until after he graduated from KU. Which tells me the NBA and the European teams have told him hard pass for now.
KU bench warmers are a hot commodity these days.
Kid has been an eligibility question mark for three or four years. Probably played Pro ball in Brazil. (ALLEGEDLY)
KU had the money to try and fight the good fight. Looks like they probably gave up.
I doubt the kid ever plays a minute anywhere. LOL.
