"Boynton is correct. When there are 7,000 people in the Reynolds Center, it’s a sensational venue. Even if 50 percent of the patrons were clad in Cowboy orange, it was refreshing to have so many people in the TU gym." quote from Bill Haisten's article Governor-elect Stitt makes a smart decision to watch TU play smart basketball
He has to put in the jab about being 'clad in Cowboy orange' and tops it off by using the word gym instead of arena. Guess he didn't read Boynton's comment about the size of the arena.
And the whole article is a jab, because even the title as well as the article content is written around criticizing Haith for shooting too many threes at Utah. It is true that Haith should of toned down the number of three attempts at Utah. But an article about the win over OSU by him couldn't just outline the win. It had to be critical in some form or fashion.
He has some obsessive tendencies that I find amusing if they didn't constantly try to make TU look bad at his failing rag of a dying newspaper. He just can't give TU a complimentary article for a hard fought win, especially if it includes a win over his 'vaunted' OSU program. In case you didn't get the blatant sarcasm, look toward the quotes in the previous sentence.
