All this nonsense that money alone wins elections is debunked by his failed campaign. A bad candidate is still bad. The one thing I thought Trump was right about was that Bush looked like he was riding on the backs of his families reputation/history. Common Core, loving illegal lawbreakers and his attacks on a friend like Rubio were his downfall. He now needs a real job.
The problem with money is the corruption it creates regardless of who is elected. Once elected members of Congress are expected to spend over half of their time raising money for their next election. Every day they go a party phone bank across the street from their government offices to make fund raising phone calls because they can't use government phones to ask for money. It's a market economy and those who pay the most, get the most....just as the Donald said.
