Clark buries S.C. with 41, carries Iowa into final
Caitlin Clark propelled Iowa into the national title game with 41 points, and the Hawkeyes ended South Carolina's perfect season with a 77-73 win Friday night.

The Iowa game on ESPN averaged 5.5 million viewers and peaked at 6.6 million, more than any NBA game on ESPN this year.
In watching some of the women's games, especially the Elite Eight and Final Four games, women's basketball players are grade A trash talkers. The Van Lith girl from Louisville, all of South Carolina, Caitlin Clark apparently, Ohio State, LSU. Apparently Memphis and Bowling Green in the WNIT. I've seen more mention of trash talking in the news and message boards followed by bulletin board material, etc. in the last 2 weeks. It's been brutal as evidenced by the punch thrown by the Memphis player, van Lith slapping away the hand and talking in the handshake line in their sweet 16 game vs the #1 seed (Indiana?).
And Kim Mulkey Robertson...she's a piece. It has long been known she talks trash to the opposing players from the sideline. I believe Sherri Coale complained about it when she was still at OU.
