IMO BHO is using politcal thuggery and gangster tactics to get what he wants. He is basically using threats and coersion to get his way. I won't go into "why" he does this other than to say that he has "behavior" and "ideological" shortcomings.
But to deal with someone like that who would sucker punch you if he could, you have to be as mean as he is and play by the rules he forces you into to. So how would you deal with him?
I say that like a spoiled child, you have to cut off their allowance first. Use the budgetary process that congress holds to control him.
First, cut off funding to his allies in the media - NPR, PBS. Send a message that they have a problem and that problem is BHO and his ideology. As long as they support his agenda and big govt in general, they will be jeopardizing their funding. Second, no more green energy funding. This includes funding research on this global warming nonsense. Let private industry do that wo the govt teet. Third, demand an audit of the IRS and other depts that have exceeded their authority and threatened americans who disagree on policy. Fourth, encourage whisleblowers to come out of the shadows of the Obama WH and expose his adm for what it is - a corrupt Chicago style hoodlum administration. Lastly, hold up every appointee he submits including any potential SCOTUS nominee he pushes until he is out of office - gone, kaput, finished, zapped, splitcity.
We need to go after Obama in the same way he went after a lot of common americans who were just trying to do what was best for their kids. You have to fight fire with fire. Obama has ignored the constitution where it didn't suit his purpose. The Reps should do the same back at him. If they don't, he'll just laugh them off and do as he pleases.
Oh, one more thing. No more sitdown "lectures" by BHO in the WH. If he wants to meet with congressional leaders, he can do it in the Senate offices of "Mitch" or Boehner. Let him come to congress for a visit instead of the golf course or local pub.
