I'm really surprised he said he expected to be back. I expected him to tell Hines he was fairly certain he was gone. duh....... waiting, waiting, waiting for the real answer from the person that matters. Then we can go from there.

Well if changes are made then that is their prerogative to do so. I wouldn’t say that it wasn’t deserved. I just don’t think he is.
There are still impediments to change (I’m sure in the form of $$$). Still certainly up in the air... though I’m not sure it should be if Tulsa was in better finances.
