Tulsa Men start their conference play today at home against #3 Houston. We should get our taints handed to us but I am sure the guys will come out fighting. Will we see Special K today?

Todays games

We have a small slate of games today and all of the games are American Conference Games.
Temple heads south to Greenville to take on ECU
Wichita State heads to Orlando to face the Knights.

And One

This is going to be the mens last game of 2022. Their next game is on New Years Day. They will also be playing a tight schedule the rest of the way and wont have these week to 10 day breaks like they have had. This could be a good thing or it could be a bad thing. I will be ready to see how it goes.

Well the result is exactly as expected last night. They beat us 89-50 and they beat ORU 83-45. Tulsa scored more points on Houston than ORU. I will take that as a win. Lol

The shocking thing from yesterday is that Temple climbed 30 spots and ECU dropped 20 spots as Temple won by 2 points on the road. IT was a low scoring game so there must have been some great defensive efficiency going on there. smh

Todays games

Decent slate of games today This is also a chance for our only Q4 Loss to be a Q3 loss when Detroit Mercy hosts Green Bay. Hopefully they will get a big win and move up out of Q4 area.

Four more AAC teams open up conference play today and Some of the Furture members open up Conference play as will in CUSA.

Tulane is at Cincinnati and South Florida is at Memphis.

As discussed yesterday Yooler had to find another place to play due to the frozen floor from a pipe burst. They have moved back to Simmons Bank Arena for the first time since they moved in 2005. Yooler played their first OVC game and first game in the Area against UT Martin. Yooler won 88-74.
