So, I was at the Monday Night Football Game and was not able to watch the ORU game. I was also under the weather yesterday so my posting and commenting was a minimum. I want to try and get back on track today.

Yesterday
Houston beat Northwestern St. 99-58
East Carolina edged out Old Dominion 63-62
College of Charleston beat Tulane 81-77
Saint Louis beat out Boise State in overtime 86-82

Today we have a full slate of games and a lot of good ones to watch.

Memphis is at Georgia
Wichita State is at Oklahoma State
UNLV is at SMU and Utah taking on #20 USC.

I like Bryce Thompson as a person but he is falling far short of what was expected basketball wise. Much slower than I hoped. Poor shooting and handling in clutch. Probably should not have gotten all that NIL money . 3-11 from the field and 1-6 from three.

I agree he has under performed especially late in this game. Now I am glad he didn’t choose TU. As for the NIL goes, if he chose okie state for that reason then I am with you. I see no problem with athletes being able to make money off of themselves. I only have issue with schools paying athletes.
