Fine sees the field and quick releases better than most. 2nd North Texas TD was a punt that the North Texas receive man caught after making some weird hand motions well below his shoulder pads at the 10 and acting as though he had made a fair catch. The Arkansas players were walking away from him when he took off and his receiving unit was waiting by their sideline to block for him, he never was touched.
